We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Engage with potential customers via phone (inbound & outbound) to close leads and drive sales . Conduct cold calling to generate new business opportunities. Provide excellent customer support, address queries, and guide customers through the purchase process. Follow up with prospects and existing customers to ensure a smooth buying experience. Maintain records of interactions and update the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, and marketing) to enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in customer service, telesales, or inside sales . Strong communication and persuasion skills. Prior experience in a retail or e-commerce environment is a plus.
