Desktop Knowledge: (Outlook Fundamentals, OS related issue ) 3 Some Server Knowledge Server- 2016, 2019, 2021, OS, AD, DHCP, DNS, 4 M O365 admin, G-suite, Teams, VC fundamentals 5. Knowledge of Any UTM/Firewall (Sonicwall, Sophos, Fortinet) 6. Should have worked with Backup Solutions (Desireable) 7. Should have worked with Anti Virus, patches 8. Training /Knowledge of Microsoft certification is preferable 9 Communication Skill Excellent (R/W/S English) 10. Work Experience 2-4 + years Responsibilities Job location in south Delhi- Green park Extn. on Yellow line ITIL Based Service Delivery L2 Level trouble shooting and administration Networking management, monitoring, Installation, maintenance and trouble shooting of Firewall applications Email security / network security applications LAN/ WAN/SAN configurations and design Desktop trouble shooting will be expected to interact with Sr people – so attitude and demeanor has to be mature, professional , sensible and proactive will attend to server, mail and desktop related calls managing and setting up remote meetings, management of CCTV constant upgradation of knowledge thru inhouse and internet resources SALARY: starting at 4 LPA or better Qualifications Relevant working experience for 2-4yrs Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field, or three yrs Sc Diploma with additional hardware networking training Knowledge and hands on experience on hardware fundamentals , Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Basic Knowledge of Networking should have understanding of Router, Switch, UTM (Fortinet, Sophos or other UTM ) Good hands on experience/ knowledge on Desktop Fundamentals , Outlook, O365, G Suite English Communication Spoken/ written should be good CCNA/ MSCE Training essential- certification preferred Ideally prefer permanent residents of Delhi – else should be staying in South/ Central Delhi or at close distance to the Yellow Metro line The company COMPUTER WARE (INDIA) PVT.
