As a Qualcomm Hardware Engineer, you will play a key role in planning, designing, optimizing, verifying, and testing electronic systems, circuits, mechanical systems, and various other cutting-edge technologies to launch world-class products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet performance requirements and drive digital transformation for a smarter, connected future. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead a high performing team of engineers in the implementation domain for Display Sub-System - Manage multiple time-critical and complex projects effectively - Communicate efficiently with stakeholders across the organization - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold best practices and ensure smooth execution - Focus on improving execution efficiency and optimizing area, power, and performance - Grow the team in terms of technical depth and size to handle more projects - Innovate and bring fresh ideas to the table **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering with 9-13+ years of experience - Strong understanding and in-depth knowledge of Physical Synthesis and Synthesis methodologies - Experience with timing constraints, STA, timing closure, and pipelining for performance optimization - Familiarity with low-power design implementation using UPF - Proficiency in scripting languages such as Perl/Python, TCL - Experience with power optimization flows and techniques like clock gating - Ability to work independently with design, DFT, and PD teams for netlist delivery and timing constraints validation - Handling ECOs, formal verification, and maintaining high-quality matrix **Additional Details:** Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing accessible processes for individuals with disabilities.
