We’re now looking for a mission-aligned Sustainability Consultant to join our growing team and support our work with manufacturing clients across India. What we expect from you: You’ll work closely with clients primarily from the manufacturing sector to assess, strategize and implement sustainability solutions. This is a client-facing, hands-on role with real-world impact. Key responsibilities will include: Conducting carbon footprint assessments (Scope 1, 2 & 3) aligned with the global standards Supporting clients in preparing sustainability reports using GRI , BRSR and related frameworks Assisting in audits and implementation of ISO 14001 -based environmental management systems Contributing to CDP and EcoVadis disclosures and improving sustainability ratings Performing basic climate risk assessments and identifying mitigation strategies Translating technical data into client-ready insights and recommendations Visiting client sites for sustainability audits, data collection and strategy discussions Collaborating with internal teams to continuously evolve tools, templates and solutions What We’re Looking For Experience & Knowledge 1–3 years of experience in sustainability, climate change or ESG consulting Familiarity with GHG Protocol , CDP , EcoVadis , GRI , BRSR and ISO 14001 Bonus: experience in data handling, Excel-based modelling or analytics Language & Communication Strong written and spoken English is a must Proficiency in Tamil or Hindi is required for smooth client interaction Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Mindset & Values Mission-driven , impact-oriented and ethically grounded A collaborative doer who takes ownership and brings clarity to complexity Willing to travel and adapt to dynamic work environments Why Join Us At Beyond Sustainability, we encourage holistic growth of the team members and expect them to be change makers.
