Sustainability Consultant

ob Description:

v Explain our services and their benefits to clients and stakeholders.

v Understand and assess client requirements and offer them suitable solutions to meet their sustainability objectives.

v Develop and execute business strategies to promote long-term relationship with client.

v Interact with marketing team to convert business strategies into business

v Travel across the sites/ region for developing for business and to complete the projects.

v Create effective partnership for repeat clients and market penetration.

v Mange the projects along with our internal technical teams for delivering the project milestones as per client requirements and timelines.

v Maintain strong relationship with the client, ensure client satisfaction, and identifying future opportunities

v Will be responsible for leading and developing the Northern Region for Conserve's business.

v Handle a team of 5 -6 consulting engineers

Knowledge:

v Knowledge of Design, Construction, Commissioning and Operations of various Building types like commercial, Residential, Hospitals, Factories etc.

v Should preferably be an IGBC AP/LEED AP/GRIHA AP/BEE Energy Auditor/Manager or any associated green/energy credentials.

v Should know CAD and other project management tools.

v Should be proficient in People Management (Own Team as well Project Teams Members of Project)

Qualification & Experience: Should be an engineer/ architect with at least 2-12 years of experience in Building Industry or Equipment’s (HVAC, STP, Transformers, etc.)/ MEP Design/ Green Building Certificatio

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹311,323.75 - ₹1,458,463.15 per year
