Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in a support role, with Deltek Vantagepoint.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment.
• Experience with SQL and understanding Vantagepoint tables is a plus.
