We are hiring a Customer Support Executive for our Noida office. The main job is to talk to customers, solve their problems, and give them the best service. You must have good communication skills.



  • Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a record of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of issues.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or products.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while interacting with customers.
