Job Purpose/ Summary

To perform a bridge circuit role between Planning & Execution team and IT SAP Technical support by converting business requirements into SAP functional understanding. The role will also perform an integration role with quality, maintenance, materials & sales team.

Job Title

SSH-CTM-PP-ANJ-Pipes & Steel To closely coordinate with production & planning team, understand business need and provide SAP support. Ensure timely maintenance of masters into SAP system and updated in all respect. Addressing PP tickets as per SLA Audit the SAP-PP process on timely manner and Learn about SAP best practices and apply into system. Facilitate SAP PP module related training programs Drive Digital initiatives in PP area. Shop floor interface e.g. MeS, Integration with middleware system to fetch machine data into SAP. Exposure of variant configuration, MTS & MTO scenarios. Prepare BRS & perform UAT for PP relevant new development/enhancement. Coordination with internal & external agencies

Principal Accountabilities

Master data management for PP module. PP basic level configuration in SAP, Key data Structure for PP. L0 & L1 level support to operation team. Addressing new requirements and business reporting. Knowledge on SAP PP backend tables & initial debugging skills. Knowledge on interface integrations with SAP PP module.
