About the Role

Support Engineer


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level support for customer inquiries, technical issues, and order-related queries.
  • Assist customers through multiple channels including email, phone, live chat, and WhatsApp.
  • Guide customers in choosing the right automotive parts (tyres, batteries, accessories) by understanding their needs.
  • Manage and resolve issues related to order tracking, deliveries, returns, and product availability.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to deliver accurate and timely solutions.
  • Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and platform features to assist customers effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, support tickets, and follow-ups in internal systems.
  • Share customer feedback with internal teams to help improve products, services, and processes.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance support processes and overall customer satisfaction.


What You’ll Bring
  • Minimum

    1+ year of experience

    in technical support, IT support, or customer service (preferably in e-commerce or automotive-related industry).
  • Interest in automobiles and automotive products (car tyres, bike tyres, batteries, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to explain technical solutions clearly.
  • Ability to multitask and work across multiple digital platforms.
  • Prior experience in IT support, technical support, or e-commerce customer service preferred.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn new systems and processes.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining customer records.
