Role Overview You will be responsible for validating end-to-end eCommerce journeys, integrations, checkout flows, and performance across Magento 2 systems. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the development team to test Magento 2 web applications, extensions, custom modules, and storefronts. Develop and execute detailed test cases covering: Functional testing UI/UX and responsive flows API & backend validation Database consistency checks Order lifecycle and inventory logic Test core Magento flows such as: Product listing and filtering Cart behavior and abandoned cart logic Guest vs. registered checkout Payment gateway integration (COD, Online, Wallets) Multi-store, multi-currency, and tax scenarios Validate third-party extensions, custom themes (including Hyvä), and performance optimization changes. Perform regression testing after each sprint or deployment. Identify bugs, classify severity, reproduce issues, and track to closure using project tools. Work with developers during debugging and release cycles to ensure accuracy and stability. Prepare testing documentation, QA reports, and defect logs.
