Position Overview:

We are looking for a Cloudflare Deployment and Support Engineer with deep technical expertise in internet technologies and Cloudflare's platform. The ideal candidate must posses hands-on experience in deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting Cloudflare services, including Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), WAF, APIs, CDN, and DDoS protection. Knowledge of Cloudflare Workers, D1, R2, and AI . Prompt Protection is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Deploy and configure Cloudflare services across multiple environments.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to DNS, SSL/TLS, caching, WAF, and Zero Trust.

Optimize performance aspects of internet properties (speed, latency, caching, HTTP/2, TLSv1.3).

Implement security measures including Firewalls, WAFs, Bot Management, Rate Limiting, (M)TLS, and Zero Trust solutions.

Work on Cloudflare developer platform features such as Workers, D1, R2, and AI Prompt Protection.

Proactively identify and solve problems, building sustainable solutions to prevent recurrence.

Manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for internal and client use.

Required Skills:

Deep understanding of internet fundamentals and OSI model layers (TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, HTTP).

Knowledge of reverse and forward proxies and their applications.

Hands-on experience with Cloudflare platform setup, troubleshooting, and support.

Familiarity with performance optimization and security best practices.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Cloudflare developer tools (Workers, D1, R2).

Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash) for automation.

Cloudflare certifications or equivalent experience.
