Support & Diagnosis Engineer

• Be the primary technical contact for customers.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across hardware, firmware, and software.
• Coordinate and schedule service visits where needed.
• Take full ownership of support cases from report to closure.
• Capture recurring problems and influence product/engineering improvements.
• Document solutions and contribute to customer-friendly guides.
  

Must-Have

• B.Tech degree (mandatory)

  in Electrical, Electronics, Robotics, Automation, or related fields.
• 0–4 years of experience in technical support or customer-facing engineering roles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and high ownership mindset.
• Excellent communication in English (Hindi/regional languages a plus).
• Flexibility to work in
