• Wide Knowledge in understanding Retail Concepts
• Should be able to make people understand and convenience them
• Should be able to produce the best result in pressure situations
• Should be able to work in team as well as individual
  

Technical Knowledge

• Expert in software/Application related trouble shooting and problem solving
• Tech Savvy
• Strong Database Understanding
• Ability to test the system
  

Functional Knowledge

• Understanding of Inventory Management, Sales, Promotion, Omni Channel Ordering, E-Commerce, CRM, ERP Integration and POS
• To make the Test Plan for the testing team
• To do the User acceptance testing in the final project
  

Candidate Profile

• Industry Type – IT/Retail
• Functional Area – Retail/POS/ERP/ETP Knowledge
• Key Skills - SQL Server 2005/ SQL 2008 / SQL 2010 / SQL 2012, PL-SQL
• Other Skill – Good Communication skills in English, team player and management skills
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role
  

Academic Qualification Other Requirements

• Education: Graduation in Computer Science / BE in Computer Science
