Sr PMO

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project management standards and frameworks in alignment with organizational goals. You will ensure that all projects comply with internal methodologies and external regulatory requirements. Your role will involve strategic planning of project initiatives to ensure they align with the company's business objectives. Additionally, you will coordinate across multiple projects for effective execution and delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Manage resource allocation according to project requirements - Forecast resource needs and collaborate with management to address discrepancies between capacity and demand - Maintain strong communication channels with stakeholders, including project teams, senior management, and clients - Address and resolve any issues that may affect stakeholder satisfaction - Oversee the generation of regular project reports to provide insights into progress, risks, and outcomes - Analyze project data to make informed decisions and enhance project performance - Implement quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet desired standards - Conduct reviews and audits to monitor and report on project performance - Identify potential risks, develop strategies to mitigate them, and integrate risk management plans into project plans Qualifications Required: - Graduate degree in BE Computers or certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable - Postgraduate qualifications such as CDAC, DOEACC, or MCA are preferred The ideal candidate profile for this role includes experience in the software development industry or project modification, retail, ERP knowledge, and key skills in project management, team management, resource allocation, risk assessment, communication, budget management, change management, and analytical thinking. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team are also important for this role.,
