Supply Chain Planner

We are looking for a skilled Supply Chain Planner to join our team at HARLEY'S Fine Baking in Nanakramguda, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.

• Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to optimize logistics and procurement processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve supply chain issues.
• Analyze market trends and forecast demand to make informed decisions on inventory management and stock control.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure high-quality products at competitive prices.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain efficiency.

• Strong understanding of supply chain principles and practices in the food and beverage industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
• Experience working in a similar role within the food and beverage industry is preferred.
