Job Description

As a Supply Chain Management expert at our company, you will be responsible for supply chain delivery and domain expertise, focusing on delivering analytics and reporting projects. You will be working in ANZ shift timings. **Key Responsibilities:** - Apply domain experience in supply chain and analytical skills to conceptualize, create, and implement solution prototypes around various aspects such as Demand planning, Demand allocation, DRP, MPS, Capacity Planning, Production Scheduling, Plant management, MRP, and replenishment planning. - Understand processes related to Demand optimization, Inventory Optimization, Supply Allocation and Sourcing, Replenishment Management, Production Scheduling, and Capacity Management to provide best-in-class solutions to solve problems revolving around these points. - Handle large datasets, identify trends, analyze patterns in complex data sets using statistical techniques, and generate actionable insights. - Independently lead client conversations and engagements. - Participate in client meetings, workshops, and understand supply chain situations and issues. - Demonstrate good project management and team leading skills. - Utilize analytical planning with Kinaxis tool knowledge. - Handle projects and client engagements. - Experience in deals management. **Qualifications we seek in you!** **Minimum qualifications:** - MBA/M Tech Industrial Engineering or Management /PG in Engineering or Statistics/Ph.D. in Operations research/optimization domain. - Strong prior Analytics Experience in supply chain planning. - Exposure in ERPs SAP, JDE, Oracle, etc. - Hands-on experience in Supply Chain areas like Demand Planning, Forecasting, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Material Planning. - Demonstrates problem-solving skills, working under tight timelines, multitasking abilities, and exception-based management capability. - Worked on Digital Transformation (data strategy incl orchestration, Governance, Architecture, BI to build reporting/insights/analytics factory). - Ability to lead and manage a team with a continuous improvement mindset. - Ability to balance priorities across multiple internal and external partners. - Ability to learn new systems quickly and demonstrate systems and information to influence others. - Strong data visualization skills, MS Office skills. **Preferred Qualifications/Skills:** - Certifications like CPIM / CSCP. - Written and published whitepapers/ research papers around supply planning problems. - Conducted assessments/blueprinting/due diligence for prioritization problem statements, planning offshore ability, building solution architecture. - Modeling work for solving core business issues using forecasting, predictive modeling, Machine learning/python / R. - Knowledge of logistics/ transportation planning process.,
