Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehousing, logistics, inventory management , and cross-functional coordination with production, sales, and marketing teams. Key Responsibilities: Oversee warehouse operations including inventory management, inbound/outbound logistics, and 3PL management. Plan and manage logistics and transportation to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness. Coordinate closely with production teams to align supply chain activities with production schedules. Collaborate with sales and marketing to forecast demand and ensure optimal stock levels. Monitor key supply chain KPIs , analyze data, and implement continuous improvements. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure quality and cost control. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred). 5–10 years of experience in supply chain management within the FMCG sector . Strong knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations . Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
