Supply Chain Management

As the DC Manager at Reliance Digital in Dharwad, you will be responsible for driving efficient, safe, and cost-effective warehouse operations to ensure timely fulfillment for all business channels. Your role will require strong operational acumen, stakeholder management, and the ability to lead high-performing teams. - Plan and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce overall supply chain costs. - Drive daily warehouse operations to ensure timely order fulfillment across channels. - Lead and mentor a team including QA, vendor management, reverse logistics, and assistant DC managers. - Identify areas for process improvement and streamline workflows for better productivity. - Ensure optimal inventory levels, minimize shrinkage, and manage storage & distribution efficiently. - Build and maintain relationships with logistics and distribution partners. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a safe, high-performance work environment. - Track and drive KPIs including OTIF, shrink %, returns SLAs, delivery NPS, and transport cost. - Continuously evaluate performance and implement corrective actions where required. - Set KRAs, monitor performance, and drive engagement and retention within the team. - Lead by example and uphold company values while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You should have: - 8 to 14 years of experience in warehouse/SCM/Consumer Electronics/logistics operations. - Strong leadership and people management skills. - Experience managing multi-channel retail logistics preferred. - Ability to drive KPIs, optimize costs, and deliver service excellence. - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities. - SAP Knowledge required. Qualifications: - Min. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). - Organized with strong leadership skills.
