DC Manager Cuttack (Odhisha)

As a DC Manager at Reliance Digital in Cuttack, you will be responsible for driving efficient, safe, and cost-effective warehouse operations to ensure timely fulfillment for all business channels. Your role will require strong operational acumen, stakeholder management, and leadership skills to lead high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce supply chain costs. - Oversee inbound & outbound operations to ensure timely order fulfillment. - Lead a team including QA, vendor management, reverse logistics, and assistant DC managers. - Identify areas for process improvement to streamline workflows and enhance productivity. - Maintain optimal inventory levels, minimize shrinkage, and manage storage & distribution effectively. - Build and maintain relationships with logistics and distribution partners. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a safe work environment. - Track and drive KPIs such as OTIF, shrink %, returns SLAs, delivery NPS, and transport cost. - Set KRAs, monitor performance, and drive engagement and retention within the team. - Uphold company values and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications: - Minimum Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field. - Strong leadership and people management skills. - Experience managing multi-channel retail logistics is preferred. - Ability to drive KPIs, optimize costs, and deliver service excellence. - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities. - SAP Knowledge required. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
