Job Responsibilities: Source grocery and daily-use items from multiple distributors at the best market rates. Negotiate and maintain good relationships with distributors and vendors. Ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods to vendors. Maintain accurate records of all purchases and deliveries. Prepare and send bills/invoices to vendors after each supply. Coordinate with the accounts team for payments and reconciliations. Monitor inventory levels and plan procurement as per demand. Ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations. Requirements: Strong negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of grocery products and local market pricing. Ability to handle billing and basic record-keeping. Must be organized and punctual with deliveries. Preferably experienced in procurement, supply, or logistics. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software, etc.)
