About the Role

Supply Chain & Logistics Associate Logistics Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships and day-to-day operations with all logistics partners across channels (B2B, B2C, procurement, and internal transfers).
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new logistics partners (local and PAN-India) as per business requirements.
• Plan and coordinate logistics for all supply chain needs — from raw material dispatch and procurement to customer order fulfilment.
• Monitor daily dispatches, delivery timelines, and shipment accuracy to ensure SLA (Service Level Agreement) compliance.
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and Operations teams to forecast logistics requirements and optimize cost and efficiency.
• Maintain records of shipments, partner performance, and freight costs for analysis and reporting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve logistics issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics and supply chain processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Preferably DU)
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of B2B and B2C logistics operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP/logistics management tools.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualities

• Experience working with FMCG, e-commerce, or D2C brands.
• Data-driven approach to improve cost efficiency and delivery performance.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
