Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to manage both supply chain operations and provide IT support at our aluminium-based manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and logistics, while also supporting internal IT infrastructure to maintain seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Management

• Coordinate and manage procurement of raw materials, especially aluminium and related inputs.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock using ERP systems.
• Plan and manage logistics, including inbound/outbound transportation and warehouse operations.
• Build strong vendor relationships and negotiate cost-effective contracts.
• Collaborate with production and sales teams to ensure timely material availability and order fulfillment.
• Track key supply chain KPIs and prepare performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards.

IT Support

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues on the factory floor and office.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors for system upgrades and troubleshooting.
• Maintain and support ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.) used in supply chain and finance.
• Assist in data backup, cybersecurity protocols, and basic system administration.
• Train staff on proper use of business-critical systems and tools.
• Monitor and report IT system performance, issues, and resolutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a similar dual-function role in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, inventory management, and logistics workflows.
• Hands-on experience with IT hardware/software troubleshooting and user support.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities under pressure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with aluminium or manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge of custom ERP systems.
• Basic understanding of data privacy protocols.
• Familiarity with automation tools or IoT in manufacturing environments.
