About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Consultant with a strong background in implementing enterprise ERP solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with Oracle Fusion, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, and SAP ERP within supply chain management domains. You’ll play a key role in delivering successful system implementations, process improvements, and operational excellence initiatives for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end ERP implementation projects for supply chain modules, including procurement, inventory, order management, and logistics. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and configure ERP systems accordingly. Coordinate with technical and functional teams for solution design, system testing, data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide functional expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM, Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, and SAP Supply Chain Management modules. Identify process improvement opportunities and propose system enhancements to optimize supply chain operations. Prepare project documentation including process flows, configuration guides, training manuals, and user support materials. Conduct user training sessions and provide post-go-live support to ensure seamless transition and adoption. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. 10+ years of experience in supply chain management with a focus on ERP implementation and process improvement. Proven experience with at least two full-cycle implementations in any of the following: Oracle Fusion SCM Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations SAP SCM Modules Strong understanding of supply chain processes including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and order fulfillment.
