We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Associate to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, from planning to delivery. This role will ensure timely procurement, smooth vendor coordination, and accurate tracking of orders to meet business needs

Key Responsibilities

• Supply Chain Planning

  – Forecast demand, plan material requirements, and align supply schedules.

• Vendor Management

  – Liaise with suppliers for timely deliveries, negotiate timelines, and resolve supply issues.

• Order Tracking

  – Monitor shipments, track order status, and ensure on-time delivery to customers.

• Inventory Management

  – Maintain optimal stock levels and coordinate replenishments.

• Documentation & Reporting

  – Prepare shipment documents, maintain accurate records, and generate periodic supply chain reports.

• Process Improvement

  – Identify gaps and suggest improvements in procurement and logistics processes

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business administration, or any related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement (FMCG, manufacturing, or e-commerce preferred) will be a plus
• Strong communication and vendor negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and order tracking tools.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
