The ideal candidate will act as the central point of contact for service operations, coordinating between clients, technicians, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Youll be responsible for managing schedules, resolving customer issues, and maintaining service records. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule service appointments, installations, and repairs. Assign service tasks to technicians based on priority, location, and skill set. Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, updates, and issue resolution. Monitor service requests and ensure they are completed within SLA timelines. Maintain accurate records of service reports, complaints, and resolutions. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback. Work closely with the inventory/logistics team to ensure availability of service tools and parts. Assist in preparing service-related documentation and reports. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures. Support continuous improvement initiatives in service delivery. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field. 6month to 1 year of experience in service coordination, customer support, or a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with CRM or service management software is a plus. Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Preferred Skills: Prior experience in facility management, field service coordination, or engineering services. Knowledge of logistics, scheduling, or dispatch operations. Basic understanding of service contracts and SLAs.

Job Title: Trainee Field Service Engineer (IT Hardware Infrastructure) Location: Bangalore/Kerala Department: Service & Support / IT Operations Reporting To: Service Manager / Regional Support Lead Employment Type: Full-time / Internship / Contract (as applicable) Job Summary: We are looking for a Trainee – Field Service Engineer to join our technical support team and assist with on-site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT hardware infrastructure. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong interest in IT hardware, field service operations, and hands-on technical support. You will gain practical experience by supporting client infrastructure, learning from experienced engineers, and growing into an independent support role. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware such as desktops, laptops, printers, servers, routers, switches, and UPS systems. Support troubleshooting of hardware faults at client sites under the guidance of senior engineers. Perform basic diagnostics and preventive maintenance to ensure system uptime and reliability. Maintain records of service calls, equipment history, and customer interactions. Ensure proper handling and documentation of service tools, spare parts, and assets. Adhere to defined SOPs, service protocols, and safety standards while on-site. Provide clear updates to clients regarding service progress, timelines, and next steps. Assist with hardware upgrades, imaging, and basic network connectivity checks. Work with the service coordinator and technical team to plan site visits and service schedules. Participate in training sessions to build knowledge and stay updated with evolving technologies. Requirements: Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field. Basic understanding of computer hardware components and peripherals. Willingness to travel to client locations as part of the job. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Ability to follow instructions and work independently on assigned tasks. Strong interest in IT hardware, systems, and field-based work. Possession of a valid driving license is preferred (if field mobility is expected). Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Windows OS installation, basic networking, BIOS setup, and driver updates. Exposure to ticketing systems or helpdesk tools is a plus. Certifications like A+, N+, or any basic hardware training will be an advantage.
