Supply Chain Associate

Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and fulfill material and equipment requirements. - Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to procure materials, tools, and equipment for R&D activities. - Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors for timely deliveries and quality assurance. - Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels for engineering tools, materials, and consumables. - Provide timely updates on order status and expected delivery timelines. - Coordinate with transport providers for secure and timely equipment delivery. - Maintain comprehensive records of purchase orders, invoices, and inventory levels. Qualifications: - Educational Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred). - MBA in Supply Chain and Logistics Management is an added advantage. - Experience: - 1-3 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management. - Internship experience in supply chain is beneficial. - Skills and Competencies: - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management tools. - Analytical mindset with attention to detail. - Hunger to learn and adapt in a fast-paced R&D environment.
