Role Overview

Supply Chain Associate

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Fulfillment

• Coordinate with warehouse and 3PL teams to ensure timely pick-pack-ship across channels (D2C, Amazon, Flipkart)
• Track inventory levels, reconcile stock, and raise restock alerts for fast-moving SKUs
• Monitor order flow and dispatch accuracy via Unicommerce / Shopify dashboards

Supply Chain Coordination

• Liaise with vendors and manufacturers for timely inward movement of goods
• Assist in production planning, inward quality checks, and batch tracking
• Maintain shipment records and delivery timelines across vendors

Logistics & Last-Mile

• Track last-mile deliveries and returns to ensure SLAs are met
• Address logistics exceptions or customer delivery escalations via shipping partners

Operational Tools & Reporting

• Maintain data hygiene across ops tools: Unicommerce, Google Sheets, WMS, etc.
• Track key metrics like OTIF%, RTO rate, warehouse TAT, shrinkage

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Have 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse ops—ideally in D2C or consumer product startups
• Are detail-oriented and process-driven, with a bias for operational excellence
• Are comfortable using tools like Shopify, Unicommerce, Excel/Google Sheets
• Are proactive, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
• Have worked with 3PLs or last-mile logistics partners
• Bonus: Exposure to cookware, consumer electronics, or home goods categories
