Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Herbalife Int India Pvt Ltd, located in Medical Services / Hospital. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Supervise and coordinate member compensation transactions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement effective processes to improve transactional quality and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance overall performance.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize operations.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all aspects of the role.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of medical services or hospital settings, including member compensation transactions.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
