Job Description

As a MC Supervisor at our company, you will be responsible for supervising the daily transactional and administrative operations of Member Compensation agents. Your role will involve providing leadership, operational expertise, and motivation to the team. You will collaborate with internal teams and interact with internal/external customers to ensure operational efficiency, scalability, quality, controls, risk mitigation, and continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily transactional and administrative operations of Member Compensation agents - Collaborate with internal teams to build strong relations and ensure execution of Service Partnership Agreements - Monitor metrics/KPIs to drive continuous improvement and cost reduction per transaction - Assess re-skilling and upskilling opportunities for the team - Enhance organization capacity through technology and innovation - Establish strong business partnership relations with Member Operations GBS Services Management Framework Team - Prioritize workload, monitor performance, and departmental metrics - Conduct meetings with staff to provide mentorship, direction, and feedback - Ensure adequate training programs for staff to accommodate updated operation model requests - Liaise with regional customer-facing functions regarding performance levels and future service delivery opportunities - Delegate tasks effectively to develop others and prepare for future leadership assignments - Keep abreast of changes and updates to the Marketing Plan WW Qualifications Required: - Strong verbal/written Bi-lingual English/Spanish communication skills - Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - 2-4 years of experience in a leadership role - Knowledge of the Herbalife Marketing Plan - Experience working in customer service - Bachelor's Degree Additional Company Details: Our company prioritizes operational efficiency, scalability, quality, controls, risk mitigation, and continuous process improvement.
