Job Description

As a Member Compensation Supervisor at Herbalife, your role will involve supervising the daily transactional and administrative operations of Member Compensation agents. You will provide leadership, operational expertise, and motivation to the team. Collaboration with GBS Member Operations Transaction Management and frequent interaction with GBS Service Management Framework and internal/external customers will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Establish strong business partnership relations with Member Operations GBS Services Management Framework Team to ensure SPA's execution and commitment - Balance earnings adjustments procedures between compliance with Herbalife policies and guidelines while being flexible to the needs of the Members - Prioritize workload, monitor performance and departmental metrics in coordination with Management - Ensure all Information Requests have appropriate approval signatures and supporting documentation - Foster innovation and change management culture by welcoming ideas and conducting staff meetings to provide mentorship and feedback - Facilitate training programs for staff upskilling and re-skilling to accommodate updated GBS operation model requests - Liaise with regional customer-facing functions for performance levels and service delivery opportunities - Collaborate on succession planning, talent review programs, and promotion of global process standards - Delegate tasks effectively to develop others and prepare for future leadership assignments - Stay updated on changes to the Marketing Plan WW impacting Member Compensation Qualifications Required: - Strong verbal/written Bi-lingual English/Spanish communication skills - Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - 2-4 years of experience in a leadership role - Knowledge of the Herbalife Marketing Plan - Experience in customer service - Bachelor's Degree Preferred Skills: - Experience with continuous improvement, Sales Force, and RPA (Robot Process Automation) technologies Education: - Financial Background - Knowledge of the Herbalife Marketing Plan - Experience in Global Business Services environments Note: The JD also includes Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Compliance Documents, and CSR Policy for reference.,
