Job Description

The position of MC Supervisor involves supervising the daily transactional and administrative operations of Member Compensation agents. As an MC Supervisor, you will provide leadership, operational expertise, and motivation to the team. Collaboration with GBS Member Operations Transaction Management and frequent interaction with GBS Service Management Framework and internal/external customers (Region, Countries, and Corporate) are key aspects of this role. The GBS model emphasizes operational efficiency, scalability, quality, controls, risk mitigation, and continuous process improvement. It is crucial for the MC Supervisor to work towards these standards. Monitoring metrics/KPIs, collaborating on the fulfillment of Service Partnership Agreements, and pursuing cost per transaction reduction through continuous improvement, automation, and global standardization are core responsibilities. Collaboration with MC Management and Member Operations Transactional Management for assessing re-skilling and upskilling opportunities is essential. The position is also accountable for enhancing the GBS organization's capacity through technology and innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Establish strong business partnerships with Member Operations GBS Services Management Framework Team - Balance earnings adjustments procedures between compliance with Herbalife policies and Member needs - Assess and prioritize workload, monitor performance and departmental metrics in coordination with management - Ensure appropriate approval signature and supporting documentation for Information Requests - Foster innovation, change management culture, and conduct mentorship meetings with staff - Schedule regular staff meetings, provide training programs, and liaise with regional customer facing functions - Prepare performance appraisals, collaborate on succession planning, and promote global process standards - Delegate tasks effectively, stay updated on changes impacting Member Compensation Skills: - Strong verbal/written English/Spanish communication - Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Experience with continuous improvement, Sales Force, and RPA technologies preferred Experience: - 2-4 years of leadership experience - Knowledge of Herbalife Marketing Plan and customer service - Bachelor's Degree required Education: - Financial Background preferred - Knowledge of Herbalife Marketing Plan and experience in Global Business Services environments preferred In adherence to Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Compliance Documents, and CSR Policy, the MC Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction within the Member Compensation domain.,
