Job Description

The position of MC Supervisor involves supervising the daily transactional and administrative operations of Member Compensation agents. As a MC Supervisor, you will provide leadership, operational expertise, and motivation to the team. You will collaborate with GBS Member Operations Transaction Management and build strong internal relations. Interacting frequently with GBS Service Management Framework and internal/external customers is a key part of this role. The foundation of the GBS model is based on operational efficiency, scalability, quality, controls, risk mitigation, and continuous process improvement. It is crucial for the MC Supervisor to work towards these standards. Monitoring metrics/KPIs, collaborating with the fulfillment of Service Partnership Agreements, and pursuing cost per transaction reduction through continuous improvement, automation, and global standardization are essential responsibilities. Working closely with Member Operations GBS Services Management Framework Team, you will ensure the execution and commitment to SPA`s. Balancing earnings adjustments procedures between compliance with Herbalife policies and guidelines while being flexible to the needs of the Members is also a key responsibility. Prioritizing workload, monitoring performance and departmental metrics, ensuring appropriate approval signatures for Information Requests, and fostering innovation and change management culture are part of the role. Conducting meetings with staff to provide mentorship, direction, and constructive feedback, scheduling regular staff meetings, ensuring adequate training programs for staff, liaising with regional customer-facing functions, and preparing performance appraisals of direct reports are important duties. Collaborating on succession planning, talent review programs, facilitating the promotion of Member Operations transactional global process standards, delegating tasks effectively, and staying updated on changes to the Marketing Plan WW are also crucial aspects of the role. Required skills include strong verbal/written bilingual English/Spanish communication, problem-solving, troubleshooting skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Preferred skills include experience with continuous improvement, Sales Force, and RPA technologies. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in a leadership role, knowledge of the Herbalife Marketing Plan, experience in customer service, and a Bachelor's Degree. A financial background, knowledge of the Herbalife Marketing Plan, and experience in Global Business Services environments are preferred qualifications.,
