Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Staff Product Support Analyst to join our team at Herbalife Int India Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical services or hospital industry, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services.
  • Analyze customer feedback and suggest enhancements to the product support experience.
  • Identify and escalate potential issues to senior management when necessary.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in medical services or hospital industry.
  • Strong understanding of product support principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with customer relationship management software is an asset.
