Job Description: McDonald’s has an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor, HR Systems (HCM Vendor Performance Management) role based in our India Global Business Services Office. You will be responsible for supporting the management and evaluation of digital HR platforms, assisting in implementing strategies, and ensuring the delivery of tools and features that meet business requirements. You will work to improve application usage, integrate systems, manage vendor relationships, and leverage workforce metrics to drive continuous improvement. The candidate is expected to reside within India. Responsibilities: In addition to following McDonald’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to: Digital Platform Management: Assist in managing and evaluating digital HR platforms to ensure they align with organizational and business needs Support the implementation of the strategy and roadmap for HCM solutions, working with teams to understand technical requirements and assist with configuration Tool Delivery and Integration: Support the delivery of tools and features that meet business requirements and address operational needs Identify opportunities to improve application usage and ensure seamless integration between related applications and databases Vendor Performance Management: Collect and analyze feedback from GP Leads regarding vendor performance to guide vendor selection, evaluation, and ongoing management Ensure vendor costs are aligned with industry benchmarks and business needs, and assist in managing vendor relationships Facilitate discussions with technology vendors to ensure technical requirements and service expectations are met Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Degree in Human Resources, Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred Experience working in Human Resources or HR Systems Experience operating in large, multi-national corporations in a highly matrixed, complex structure Experience working across many countries and cultures Understands the needs and challenges of global leaders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Knowledge of functional solution trends, regulations, and best practices English Proficiency (written and verbal IRL Level 4) Mandatory Skills: SAP Success factor /Workday/Oracle HCM ATS - Paradox /Fountain / Eightfold Performance Metrics Preferred Qualifications: HR Systems Expertise & Skills Technical knowledge in HR Systems Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills Ability to write well and communicate effectively across all layers of the organization Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy regulations Strong business acumen Open to learning new systems and processes Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and a willingness to learn; self-starter Strong ability to influence others; able to build and drive a strong business case for people as a growth driver Continuous improvement and growth mindset Show more Show less
