🔹 Positions: Supervisor - Pipeline/Shore Pull/ Coating Works/ Pipe Laying

📍 Location: Mumbai – Project Site

💼 Experience: Minimum 10 years

🎓 Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical

1) Supervisor – Coating Works

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on field experience in coating works for offshore oil & gas pipeline projects, including FBE, 3LPE, and internal/external protective coatings.
• Proficient in surface preparation, environmental condition monitoring, and offshore coating application techniques to ensure durability and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of offshore coating standards and specifications (DNV, ISO, NACE, SSPC, etc.) applied in subsea/marine environments.
• Practical exposure in coordinating with QA/QC teams for coating inspections, testing, and documentation during offshore pipeline projects.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve coating-related challenges in offshore/marine field conditions while ensuring strict adherence to HSE protocols.

2) Supervisor – Pipeline Works

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven field execution experience in offshore oil & gas pipeline projects, covering installation, construction, execution, and commissioning.
• Strong technical knowledge of offshore pipeline installation methodologies, including laying, tie-ins, testing, and pre-commissioning activities.
• Hands-on exposure to offshore safety practices, rigging, lifting operations, and marine construction procedures in pipeline projects.
• Skilled in coordinating with cross-functional and contractor teams to ensure smooth offshore pipeline execution while maintaining QHSE compliance.
• Practical ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in dynamic offshore/marine environments during pipeline field operations.

3) Supervisor – Shore Pull / Pipe Laying

Key Responsibilities:

• Practical experience in offshore shore pull and marine pipe laying operations for oil & gas pipeline projects.
• Proficient in planning, execution, and supervision of nearshore and offshore pipe pulling activities using specialized marine equipment and techniques.
• Knowledge of barge positioning, winch operations, pull-head assembly, and coordination with diving and marine spread teams.
• Strong understanding of marine construction safety, environmental regulations, and offshore HSE standards.
• Ability to handle on-site challenges during shore approach, pipeline pulling, and laying operations, ensuring timely execution and quality compliance.
