Retention Consultant 1) Consultant Role2) Connect with customers and resolve their concerns and try to convert them with repeated orders3) Sending WhatsApp messages to assigned customers4) Connect with customers to get a better understanding if they are happy with SuperBottoms, or have any concerns.5) If they are Happy then use the opportunity to guide them towards purchasing the next or our latest products.6) If they are Unhappy you will need to Address the concern(s) and increase the conversion rate.7) Coordinate with the MomsConnect team for closures.
