The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum qualification of BA/BSc/BCom/B.Tech/BE/MCA along with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. As a part of the responsibilities, you must be a graduate with excellent written and communication skills. Additionally, knowledge of Webhosting, Cpanel, WHM, and being RHCE Certified are required. Technical Support Experience in the Hosting Industry for a minimum of 1 year is also expected. The role demands the ability to work in a flexible schedule.
