Job Purpose/ Summary

This role involves implementing process improvements, collaborating with various departments and stakeholders, and providing excellent customer service to address payroll-related queries. Additionally, the Role will develop and implement payroll policies and procedures, prepare detailed reports for senior management, and train and mentor junior staff to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.

SUP_HCGA_Perfectpay_SSC Oversee and manage the entire payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payments, statutory compliance, and adherence to income tax regulations. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in payroll management. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll operations, fostering a collaborative environment. Provide excellent customer service by addressing payroll-related queries and issues promptly and professionally. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to payroll and compliance, ensuring they are up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations. Prepare and present reports on payroll and compliance activities to senior management. Conduct regular reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with best practices in payroll management. Train and mentor junior staff members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in payroll management to continuously enhance the department's performance.
