Job Description: Studio Head

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management:-

• Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team including Host, video editors, operators, and social media personnel.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance, and positive studio culture.
• Conduct performance reviews, set OKRs, and facilitate team training and development.

2. Production & Operational Management:

• Oversee the end-to-end production process for all live streams and recorded content, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage studio schedules, resource allocation, and equipment needs.
• Implement and optimize efficient workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

3. Strategy & Data Management:

• Develop and execute the studio’s content strategy in alignment with company goals.
• Analyze performance metrics (viewership, engagement, retention, ROI) to make informed decisions and report on studio performance to senior management.
• Manage the studio’s budget, including forecasting, cost control, and resource planning.

4. Social Media & Audience Growth:

• Leverage strong social media skills to guide the promotion of content across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, Gosh our own application etc.
• Work with the marketing and social media teams to develop innovative strategies to grow our online presence and audience engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within a live streaming environment, production house, or broadcast media.
• Proven experience managing a team of 10+ people with a demonstrable track record of success.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire a team and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Strong social media acumen with hands-on experience in content strategy and audience growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
