Role Description The Studio Head at Urban Design Collaborative will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring project deliverables are met with excellence and on time. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. Responsibilities include managing design teams, overseeing project planning, controlling budgets, and driving the studio’s creative and operational vision forward. The Studio Head will also play a key role in client engagement, design initiatives, and mentoring team members to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. Qualifications Proven skills in Team Management and Team Leadership to guide, motivate, and develop high-performing teams effectively. Strong Marketing skills to expand client relationships and enhance the firm's brand visibility. Exceptional organizational, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture with a minimum of 5 years of working experience. Relevant professional experience in architectural, interior design, or a design management role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with teams and clients effectively.
