In this role as a leader, you will oversee a talented team of architects and designers, with a primary focus on fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration within the team. - Lead and Inspire: You will be responsible for overseeing a talented team of architects and designers, nurturing a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration. - Design Direction: Your role involves guiding the planning and execution of diverse projects to ensure design quality, functionality, and client vision are prioritized. - Client Engagement: You will build and maintain strong client relationships from initial briefings to final delivery, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the design journey. - Operational Excellence: Your responsibilities include establishing and refining studio processes to ensure efficient workflows, adherence to timelines, and successful project delivery. - Strategic Growth: You will contribute to business development efforts and assist in expanding the studio's portfolio and market presence. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with internal stakeholders on commercial, technical, and strategic decisions is crucial to ensure successful project outcomes. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture and design, with a strong focus on residential, commercial, or healthcare projects. - Demonstrated track record in team leadership and studio management. - Experience working with design-centric and/or boutique-scale studios, with exposure to up to approximately 100 people. - Profound understanding of design systems, processes, and project workflows. - Excellent communication and client management skills. - Strategic mindset with the ability to balance creative vision and commercial objectives.,
