Studio Operations Lead

As a Studio Manager, your primary role is to lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team to ensure the successful production and promotion of live streams and recorded content. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of Hosts, video editors, operators, and social media personnel to foster a collaborative and high-performance studio culture. - Conducting performance reviews, setting OKRs, and facilitating team training and development. - Overseeing the end-to-end production process, managing studio schedules, resource allocation, and equipment needs to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. - Implementing and optimizing efficient workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production and operational management. - Developing and executing the studio's content strategy aligned with company goals, analyzing performance metrics, and managing the studio's budget. - Leveraging social media skills to promote content across platforms and working with marketing teams to grow online presence and audience engagement. Qualifications required for this role include: - 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within live streaming, production house, or broadcast media. - Proven experience in managing a team of 10+ people with a successful track record. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to inspire a team and manage stakeholder relationships. - Strong social media acumen with hands-on experience in content strategy and audience growth. - A Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
