STUDIO DLI

We are looking for a Studio Head who can lead our creative engine, manage production workflows, and drive output quality across all content formats.

Role Overview

The Studio Head will oversee day-to-day creative operations, lead a team of videographers, editors, and designers, and act as the central communication link between the founders and the production teams. This role requires strong creative direction, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multi-brand content calendars and shoots.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Workflow Management

• Lead and mentor a team of videographers, video editors, and graphic designers.
• Allocate day-to-day tasks, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of all creative outputs.
• Maintain production discipline, quality checks, and version control across all deliverables.
• Build a collaborative environment where the team feels supported and creatively challenged.

Social Media and Content Planning

• Work with account managers to plan monthly content calendars for clients across industries.
• Conduct market research, track trends, and compile references for reels, posts, campaigns, and brand storytelling.
• Translate client goals into actionable creative directions for the team.
• Ensure every piece of content aligns with the brand’s tone, visual identity, and platform best practices.

Creative Direction and Briefing

• Act as the core bridge between the founders and the creative team.
• Convert founder direction, strategy, and brand vision into structured briefs.
• Guide the team with clarity, mood boards, references, and narrative direction.
• Maintain creative consistency across all outputs.

Studio Operations: STUDIO DLI

• Oversee all incoming inquiries for photography and videography services.
• Manage studio bookings, slot allocations, and client communication.
• Ensure smooth operations within the studio, from equipment readiness to set design.
• Explore and drive new business opportunities for STUDIO DLI.

Shoot Management and On-Ground Direction

• Plan and manage all client shoots from concept to execution.
• Build shot lists, supervise art direction, set styling, and ensure brand accuracy.
• Direct videographers and photographers during shoots to capture the exact creative vision.
• Coordinate with clients, models, stylists, and production teams to ensure on-ground efficiency.

Skills and Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in creative production, agency environment, or studio management.
• Strong creative judgment with a sharp eye for design, film, and brand aesthetics.
• Hands-on understanding of videography, editing workflows, lighting, and visual storytelling.
• Proven experience leading creative teams and managing multi-project workloads.
• Ability to build mood boards, references, and content strategies independently.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate between founders, clients, and team members.
• Ability to take ownership, solve problems quickly, and keep production pipelines smooth.
