The Role


Own timely, professional follow-ups across calls, WhatsApp, and email



What You’ll Do


  • Lead follow-ups:

    Call/message/email new leads from forms, workshops, ads, referrals, and school demos using a structured cadence (D+1, D+3, D+7) until “Yes / No / Later” is clear.
  • Book & run touchpoints:

    Schedule demos, share links, send reminders, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Explain simply:

    Present Flow, Aura, and Vibe in plain language; handle basic pricing/product queries; route complex asks fast.
  • CRM hygiene:

    Log every interaction, notes, and next steps; maintain accurate stages (New → Contacted → Follow-up → Converted → Not Interested).
  • Activation & retention:

    Re-engage trials and inactive users; nudge renewals; surface upsell opportunities (longer plans, more students, school packages).
  • Report what matters:

    Daily/weekly metrics—new leads, effective follow-ups, demos booked, conversions, and top FAQs/objections.



What You’ll Need


  • 1–3 years in

    follow-ups/counselling/customer success/telecalling

    (parent-facing or edtech experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication in

    English + Hindi

    ; regional language is a bonus.
  • Comfortable with

    high-volume calling

    and disciplined follow-up routines.
  • Working knowledge of

    WhatsApp Business, email etiquette, Google Sheets/Docs, and basic CRM tools

    (HubSpot/Zoho or similar).
  • Empathy for students and parents; ability to make AI/tech feel simple and useful.
  • Strong documentation habits and ownership mindset.



Success Metrics (KPIs)


  • Speed to first response for new leads
  • Effective follow-ups/day and follow-up adherence
  • Lead→Demo and Demo→Paid conversion rates
  • Trial→Activation and first-week usage
  • CRM data quality (notes, stages, next actions)



Work Setup


  • Remote-first

    with IST core hours.
  • Occasional travel for school workshops/demos if needed (costs covered).
  • Training provided on Gyanis products, pitch, and CRM workflow.



Compensation


  • Fixed CTC

    + performance incentives

    tied to conversions and activation.
  • Final offer based on experience and interview performance.



Growth Path


  • Student Success & Outreach Executive → Senior Executive → Team Lead (Parents/Schools) → Success Manager.
