Mission


Fill the top of the funnel. You’ll book qualified meetings with school principals, academic coordinators, and coaching owners so our AEs can run pilots and close multi-campus rollouts of Gyanis Flow



What you’ll do


  • Build and own territory prospect lists (schools, chains, coaching hubs) with accurate decision-maker contacts.
  • Run multi-channel outbound: email, calls, WhatsApp Business, LinkedIn, event follow-ups.
  • Hold crisp discovery to qualify pain, authority, need, timeline; secure demo times with all stakeholders.
  • Write tight outreach: 6-step cadences, objection-ready replies, and reminder flows that actually get shows.
  • Keep CRM spotless: stages, next steps, notes, and meeting recordings.
  • Partner with AEs on handoffs, calendar alignment, and pilot prep; loop back learnings to Marketing.
  • Support city workshops/teacher meets with pre-event invites and post-event follow-ups that convert.



What success looks like


  • 40–60 quality touches/day
  • 30+ SQLs/month per rep
  • Demo-set rate ≥25%, demo-show ≥70%
  • List growth: +150 new qualified accounts/month with verified contacts
  • CRM hygiene ≥95% complete fields, zero stale next steps



30/60/90 outcomes


  • 30 days:

    Ramp on product talk-track; territory lists live; first 20 SQLs; demo-show ≥60%.
  • 60 days:

    30–40 SQLs/month; ≥3 pilots influenced; objection library contributions.
  • 90 days:

    Consistent 30+ SQLs/month with demo-show ≥70%; repeatable playbook for your territory.



You’ll be great at this if you have


  • 0–3 years in outbound SDR/BDR or admissions/counselor roles; edtech/SaaS to institutions is a plus.
  • Strong writing and call presence; comfort with WhatsApp Business etiquette for schools/coaching.
  • Discipline with cadences and follow-ups; you live in the CRM.
  • Scrappy research skills to find the real decision-maker and get a warm intro.



Tools you’ll use


HubSpot/Zoho CRM, Outbound sequencer (Outplay/SmartReach/HubSpot Sequences), Exotel/TeleCMI, WhatsApp Business API, Google Workspace.

  • Base + variable on SQLs and demo-shows with accelerators for sustained over-performance. Simple, transparent plan.
