Job Description

Role Overview: As a Placement Coordinator, your role will involve building and maintaining relationships with industry partners and recruiters. You will be responsible for organizing campus placement drives, job fairs, and industry interaction events. Additionally, you will assist students with resume building, interview preparation, and career guidance while tracking student progress and placement statistics. Your role will also involve coordinating internships and placement opportunities across various departments. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and recruiters. - Organize campus placement drives, job fairs, and industry interaction events. - Assist students with resume building, interview preparation, and career guidance. - Track student progress and placement statistics. - Coordinate internships and placement opportunities across various departments. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/Masters degree in HR, Education, Management, or related field. - Proven experience (2+ years) in placement, or career services. - Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to network with corporates and industry leaders. - Must have experience in Educational Industry Please note that this is a full-time job with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is a day shift from Monday to Friday, and the work location is in person.,
