Placement Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Placement Manager to lead our placement and career development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong industry connections, organizing recruitment drives, and ensuring excellent placement opportunities for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with corporate recruiters, companies, and industry partners.
• Organize campus recruitment drives, internships, and placement fairs.
• Coordinate with academic departments to align industry needs with curriculum.
• Provide career counseling and resume-building sessions for students.
• Track job market trends and update placement strategies accordingly.
• Maintain student placement records and prepare placement reports.
• Assist students in interview preparation, group discussions, and soft skill training.
• Collaborate with alumni for mentoring and placement opportunities.
• Develop MoUs and partnerships with industry for internships and live projects.
• Represent the institution in corporate networking events and job fairs.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Education, or related field.
• Proven track record in placement, career services, or corporate HR.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of recruitment platforms and digital tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
