The Head of Placements is responsible for ensuring students' career readiness, fostering industry collaborations, and maximising job placement opportunities. Responsibilities Define and implement strategic roadmap for improved industry connections leading to placement of all students with the best CTC Oversee the day-to-day execution of campus placements, corporate tie-ups, and internship programmes. Ensure proper recruiter coordination, placement scheduling, and offer management. Manage placement records, recruitment data, and performance reports. Develop and maintain relationships with corporate recruiters, HR professionals, and industry leaders. Ensure compliance with university policies on placements and corporate interactions. Represent the university in career fairs, employer summits, and industry networking events. Tracking and reporting progress and metrics – for placement, CTC, industry connects and student readiness. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any discipline/Master’s degree in Management (MBA/PGDM) or HR Certifications or diplomas in career counseling, talent acquisition, or corporate relations are a plus 8–15 years of experience in placement, corporate relations, or business development. Prior experience in an academic institution is highly desirable.
