Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our institution's marketing and communications team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing a wide range of materials across digital and print media to effectively communicate our brand and enhance student engagement, admissions, and academic outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop engaging graphics and layouts for promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, email campaigns, banners, and presentations.

Design academic materials such as handbooks, certificates, newsletters, and course guides.

Collaborate with academic and marketing teams to understand design needs and target audience.

Ensure consistency of visual identity across all platforms.

Create designs for website and digital platforms, ensuring mobile and user-friendly formats.

Edit and retouch images and videos as needed.

Stay updated with design trends in the education industry.

Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced academic environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.

2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in the education sector.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).

Experience with Canva, Figma, or other design platforms is a plus.

Strong portfolio showcasing print and digital design work.

Knowledge of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Basic knowledge of video editing and animation is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with the academic or admissions cycle.

Experience designing content for students, faculty, and educational events.

• UI/UX design experience is a bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
