About the Institution:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Student Placement Officer to lead campus placement activities and strengthen industry-academia relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective placement strategies to ensure maximum student placements across industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, recruiters, and industry professionals.
• Identify new placement opportunities, conduct employer outreach, and expand the recruiter base.
• Organize campus recruitment drives, internship programs, and pre-placement talks.
• Guide students in career planning, resume preparation, interview skills, and professional etiquette.
• Maintain placement records, prepare analytical reports, and present data to management.
• Coordinate with faculty and departments to align student skill development with market requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and employability skills relevant to management students.
• Ensure timely communication and coordination with both students and employers throughout the placement process.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, HR, or related fields.
• 5-10 years of experience in placements, corporate relations, or training & development, preferably in an academic institution.
• Excellent networking, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online communication tools.
• Ability to motivate and mentor students toward career readiness.
